The room and bathroom were big. The bed was nice!! And people working were super nice and helpful. Great location!

Only thing I didn’t like was the sink is weird so it sprays up when you’re washing your face.

Close to Zocalo square and some good restaurants.

Very few staff present and facilities were scarce. Everything was WhatsApp focussed and even that didn’t work on occasions such as ordering your breakfast. Normally very responsive to travel and tour enquiries but poor on staff contact.

Tivemos um problema ocasionado por um hóspede terceiro. O gerente Jay foi extremamente atencioso e preocupado em resolver a questão, nos dando várias possobilidades e alternativas. A experiência saiu melhor do que o esperado. Localização ótima, próximo aos principais pontos, café da manhã delicioso.

Very quaint and private interiors with beautiful furnishings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the terrace each morning was lovely.

The central court yard, what seems like it would be a beautiful place to enjoy in the evenings, echos within the area. While checking in at 10pm, another guest came to complain about the noise as she had an early flight.
