施設は清潔感にあふれて、スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切です。 空港まで有料のお迎えサービスを利用させていたただきましたが、SIMカードの購入をサポートいただいたり、冷たいおしぼりやミネラルウォーターもいただきました。 プール、レストラン、スパなど宿泊以外のサービスも充実し、部屋は一棟丸ごと自分たちの部屋になっているので、他のお客さんとあまり顔を合わせることもなくのびのび過ごせました。日本語ガイド付きのアンコールワット日の出ツアー・その他遺跡群の案内のプランもつけていただきました。
