Comfortable room (only 2 in the property so it's quiet) set in a courtyard. Aldama Street is beautiful, and there is an attractive park opposite. Hector is very friendly and speaks good English.

Ceiling fan was very noisy so I didn't use it.

Nice only two rooms so small kitchen use great location perfect area easy to get to everything. Price good

No tv no ac or fan that worked and lonely at times with no one there often small size two rooms

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes for the main square and right beside a nice park. Quiet at night. Walkable to the bus station. Kitchen available to use. Water dispenser. Hector was very welcoming, and my room was ready despite me arriving around noon. Ideal for a night or two, and great value for SMA.

Bathroom isn't actually attached, you have to go out into the corridor, but it's no big deal. Shower is very low - I (183cm) had to duck underneath it. No bedside lamp or table.

The host is extremely helpful and kind. The room was super clean, shower was good and clean, room had an opening window with a mosquito net to the courtyard. It was quiet and peaceful. There was a shared kitchen with everything, including a fridge and drinking water supplied. Close to the central area.

Not the fault of the host but loud firecrackers were on all night in the neighbourhood due to a festival. Hard to find “ local”’food outlet’s anywhere near due to city’s regulations as San Miguel has become very tourist oriented, again not the fault of the host.

A very central spot, spacious room with very comfortable beds, in a quiet courtyard. Héctor was lovely and welcoming.

Large double bed with firm mattress; large bathroom, with lots of storage space; hot water available at all times; use of kitchen (with fridge and microwave); excellent wi-fi connectivity; manager very pleasant and welcoming, though I met him only twice; great location, close to one of the main parks, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within a radius of five to ten minutes.

Nowhere to hang clothes, though I could place them on the other bed in the room; no desk or table in room, though there was one just outside the kitchen; no toilet brush in bathroom; no light in passage outside room, which made it difficult to access it at night; kitchen and public areas not as clean as they might be; patio/garden rather scruffy (could be much more attractive). However, the positives outweighed the negatives.

I love the location. There is a lot to see in downtown and this property is steps from Parque Benito Juarez and a short walk to the main plaza

There is nothing I could mention that I didn't like
