Il personale che esegue l'accoglienza e il checkin molto disponibile e professionale. Disponibile per varie indicazioni richieste e parcheggio molto comodo all'interno dalla struttura. tutto molto bello e pulito. Ottimo in tutto, se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli le camere sulla strada sono un po rumorose per il traffico.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, auch wenn die Gegend leider nicht so schön ist. Aber wenn das Tor aufgeht ist man in einer anderen Welt und wird sehr liebevoll bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Die Lage ist gut um nach Neapel zu kommen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Hotel liegt in Ercolano also ca. Eine einstündige Fahrt von Neapels Zentrum entfernt. Ist mit guten Parkplätzen ausgestattet und eine sehr freundliche Dame hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es kein Frühstück gibt bietet das Hotel eine kleine Auswahl an Croissants und Gebäck, sowie einen Kapsel Café Automaten an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn es nochmal Richtung Neapel verschlägt.
