Location, property size, facilities, rooftop plunge pool, terrace, VIEW!! Ibrahim (property manager) and Cetin (owner) were both fantastic - very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely return!

Loction is great right in town and near a beach - which you will visit only once due to the stones. The house is amazing with great views and the roof top plug pool is a real plus

Host was non existent. No guest file telling what is where, we spent our holiday asking for answers that could have easily been addressed through a guest folder - for instance I dont want to have spend time on holiday asking where we put the rubbish and where the cleaning materials are - there were'nt any. And the biggest drawback? The new refurbished mosque is literally 10 feet from the house - the host claimed the speaker wasn't working - until it was at 5.30am. Its not their 'fault' but they should be honest with potential bookings and warn them they WILL be woken up with call to prayers. Provided you know all this then go ahead and book, its a great house and wonderful location.

We have Stayed in kalkan before. This is the premiere location in the old town! Traditional decoration with super modern stylish kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the outside terrace and the rooftop space was cool the airy. When we come back, this is the place we will book again.

We would have appreciated a full length mirror. As we arrived very late it would have been nice to have shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms.

The situation is perfect , and the plunge pool is wonderful
