Fantastico Exlcusive Hotel

Free parking, clean room, helpful staff. All required accessories (towel, hairdryer, even toothbrush and toothpaste). Possibility of breakfast and other services. Very good value for money.

Weird pink coloured room, limited breakfast menu (4-5 meals to choose from with 1 drink, tea or coffee, a second like juice you pay extra.) Others told that a day before they offered a breakfast buffet. Maybe there were not enough guests when I was there…

For the first time, there was no communication from the hotel, not even the automatic response. Upon arrival, we waited on the empty front desk for more than 10 minutes with all of our luggage. There is no way for you to announce your presence accept calling, and in the end, we had to find the staff so the check-in could start. The staff was borderline rude, we didn't even got a welcome, and when we checked out not even a thank you with goodbye. The check-in lasted for ages(it took them over 20 minutes). There was a festival in town, and the staff didn't even bother to mention it. They don't show you the rooms before they charge you. And the room wasn't a good value for money. We don't know if we got the room we booked. Unknown long and dark hairs in the sheets, old pillows, mouldy corners in the shower, no mosquito net on the one window in the room. One glass and dirty 3 cups with the hot water machine but no coffee or tea. There was a tissue box but no tissues. The cheapest soap in the bathroom. Thin walls, we could hear full conversations from the room next to us. Over all, the experience was irritating. We definitely won't visit again.
