Great location. They provided drinking water to refill your bottles and free coffee in the morning. Big fridge and kitchen to use was a plus. There was a hammock. Beautiful courtyard out the back.

The rooms were incredibly hot despite three huge, noisy fans running through the night, none of which actually cooled the place down. Our dorm had three bunk beds, and each bunk was stacked three beds high, making the space feel cramped and uncomfortable. The mattresses had plastic protectors that made loud rustling noises with every movement. There were no bunk shelves and there were no privacy curtains at all. I’d recommend hanging up a big scarf or towel if you want a little privacy, though that adds to the heat. There is a pool, which could have been great, but it was filthy. Full of bugs, algae, and even bits of popped balloons floating on the surface. The two bathrooms were gross. I couldn’t bring myself to shower there, and going to the toilet involved battling mosquitoes. Overall, it has potential, but the hygiene and comfort levels were far below acceptable.

This hostel has a rustic feel to it, the best quality here is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the comfort of the bunks.

Dorms could seriously benefit from upgrading to quality air conditioning.

There were not enough fans in the room as one was not working. Bunk beds were 3 high bottom bunk ones the floor.

Very kind and helpful staff, accidentally booked the wrong dates and it was no problem to stay on the dates I actually meant to book.

There's only 2 bathrooms for the entire hostel. One didn't have a light so there was really only one for everyone in the hostel. It's incredibly hot in the rooms and I was disappointed the AC wasn't on during the day, there was no place to cool down for a bit. There was a guy in the hostel that made me feel unsafe. Was drinking a lot and played loud music the whole day. Got the impression the staff didn't want him there either.
