ATEs war sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Die Übergabe war problemlos.
Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Kasten und der war mit Decken, Handtüchern und Bügeleisen belegt. Den Boden mussten wir aufwaschen, er war schwarz.
