"Disappointed and frustrated"

Its scammer! Did not book from this homestay

This homestay is a scam! My family of 8 was left stranded in Penang when we found out the homestay was not in operation anymore. Thank goodness we were able to find a cheap hotel at the last minute. Despite reaching out to booking.com, we were unable to receive much assistance. Now we are left seeking a refund and dealing with the slow response from booking.com. Very disappointed and frustrated with this situation.
