Great location in Spoleto, everything is close. The apartment is very clean and well equipped The area is quiet. The owner is reliable and provides all information in timely manner.I can only recommend it. If you are lucky, there is a possibility to park across the street.

Great location in Spoleto, 6 min walk to Piazza Mercato and il Duomo. Fabrizio is a super frendly, kind and attentive host. Flat was spotlessly clean.

Close to everything we wanted to see. Fabrizio, the host, was very clear with the instructions and gave us good tips for where to eat etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

"Excellent Place to Stay."

Nice place and had all the updates to the apartment. The owner was they quick to get back to you with any questions. Highly recommend.

Nothing. It maybe nice to have a little light in the bedroom for someone to read at night while the other person is sleeping. But really it is excellent place.
