الموقع جدا رائع وتعامل الموظفين محترم خاصة الأخت التي في الاستقبال السعر كان مناسب جدا بالنسبة لي

Location is good. Receptionist Ms.Ebtihal is so polite and welcome. However, speaks only Arabic, but we managed to communicate.

We did not like the size and the view of the Budget room, so we asked to amend to Sea View room, and it was done with some additional payment. However, the main issue was with towels. It was only one big towel in the room, no small towels, no towel for the floor in the shower room. So, I asked the reception to bring us more towels and they brought us one big shower.
