Downtown home

It was a good size for my family (4 of us). It was close to Fremont and easy to get to.

The house in general was not very clean. The dishes needed to be rewashed, the carpet in the bathroom was gross, there was a dirty pan in the oven and used coffee grounds still in the coffee pot. There was no hot tub, as it was covered in dirt and deflated in the barren backyard.

Location was easy to find and access. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Home was clean and organized.

The house was very clean and bug free which is a priority to us! It was comfortable and nice not to deal with a big hotel and paying for parking. The beds were ok. The living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchen where we could cook meals and eat in. We were happy to find 2 ice trays in the freezer. The kitchen has your basics and we were able to cook with what was available. There were extra spices/oil/zip lock baggies in the cupboard which was a nice bonus. Each bedroom had a box fan in the closet (thank you!). Having a dishwasher, washer and dryer was also a nice bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The beds could use an update, we were rolling into the middle. I would add a few more supplies to the kitchen like pot holders, baking dishes, wine opener, tongs. Overall not a big deal, just suggestions.

Loved that it had central AC. Big tv in the living room and one of the rooms was very nice. Sofa was very comfortable.

The bedroom I stayed in had a bed with wheeled frame. The bed moved a lot. The comforter and blankets were stained. The big one was the jacuzzi. It was in very bad condition, it had very little water and the water that it did have was dirty. The tittle is "Downtown Home With Jacuzzi" and the jacuzzi was unusable. And yes, it was very hot but my wife and friends love the jacuzzi even when it's 90° at night. It was very disappointing.

I enjoyed the space and the convenience of the shopping areas and to our destination.

The only problem we came to was, the plumbing. The sink slowly started backing up. So my other half took it apart and took out lots of things that were lodged in the pipe. We also poured drano down. Still was slowly, really slowly going down. Then the shower started draining slowly. So I believe the owner needs too check into that. We tried our best to take care of the matter on our own.

It was definitely the best the house was comfortable and affordable. The hot tub definitely was a plus

The only thing is maybe adding a grill will be nice to go in backyard. In a shabby neighborhood but was definitely great house.

The house itself and its utilities and facilities.

The neighborhood didn't feel safe. All taxi and Uber drivers recommended us not to walk outside at any point of the day. The house could have been cleaner, it was clean on the surfaces but in places like under the beds or tables it hadn't been cleaned for quite a while.

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Location was great. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. And an easy walk to Fremont Street. Will book again with you. Thank you.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Just could use an ironing board and iron.
