Bercos deluxe

Bercos deluxe is in a beautifully-renovated villa. It is very spacious and very secure: barred windows, shutters, high gate for the car park. The kitchen and living room area is enormous. There are two bathrooms with good showers. The sound-proofing is very good. It is so central, just a few minutes easy walk to the main square.

The smell from one of the bathrooms is very unpleasant. Not all the items listed were present e.g. microwave. A question relating to lights waas not answered.

The appartment is huge, clean and well equiped, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge kitchen and living room. The house is very nice. Quiet location far from the crowded streets. The parking is at the prpprety, free . The city of Prato is also charming. The railway station of Prato is only 5 minutes walking distance and the train connection to Florence takes ~25min. The advantage is that you will be directly in the city center, avoiding parking problems and costs.

Nothing to mention. May be it would be even better if the garden of the proprety would be arranged.

Warm and homey. The flat has everything you need. Camilla is the best hostess.

We were visiting Firenze,. This apartment in Prato was a GREAT place to stay. Short walk to the train and to a nice restaurant (Osteria de Nebo) and pastucherria. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms, so it was ideal for 2 couples vacationing together. We were able to park our car behind the locked gate in front. You feel like you are in a real Italian town in Prato, very lively and friendly. People talking to each other on the streets, not touristy like Furenze. Trains run into Firenze frequently, about a 20 to 25 minute trip to SMN station, which is a 10 .instead walk to the Duomo. We cooked one meal in the kitchen, and ate breakfast there too. The beds were very comfortable. .

A couple very minor suggestions for a great place to stay: some hooks to hang clothes in the bathrooms and the 2nd bedroom would be nice.FYI The 2nd bedroom is not listed as a bedroom only because it does not have a closet, but it was a fully private bedroom with a comfy bed. Both beds were very comfortable for sleeping. Instructions for operating the oven and TV would be nice. There is a gas shut off on the wall for the cooktop, which may be standard for Italy. We were delighted to stay at this apartment. If you want to experience Italy while visiting Firenze, this is a great place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. Prato is a great antidote to the crowds and tourism of Florence. It is a walled city on a river, with an interesting Duomo and piazzas. We loved Prato.

The apartment was everything we required and more. Fittings and everything in the apartment were very high quality. The lady who met us was very helpful, I arrived crumpled and asked for an iron, which was waiting on our return. Close to the old centre of Prato, turn right out of apartment, go over a bridge, and you are there. I would not hesitate to book again. Less then ten minute stroll to train station with about three trains per hour to Florence. If that is on your itinerary it costs less than three euro and.takes about 25 to. 30 minutes.
