I didn’t like that they change the price of the stay as soon as I pulled up and had to pay $65 more after I already booked telling me it was for incidentals but then later telling me they have no idea that’s not right

The stay was great; we had enough space for a year. The room was nice, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was good, the breakfast was excellent, just what we expected. The parking area is quite adequate

If they could improve something, it would be the shower, because when you turn it on, you always get cold water since you always have to open it from inside the shower and not just reach in to open it.

"Overall if the sofa blanket wasn’t stain I would give a higher rating."

Property was great far as the location was something we were looking for.

The sofa bed should get checked. Found a red stain on the blanket but overall the front desk staff did an amazing job providing us with clean linen.. The room was clean. Let me add I understand breakfast ended at 10am I know late sleeper get up late around 930am I notice there was 30min left to eat the entire serving area had nothing left. I would recommend giving others a chance to get food. My only complaint!

"Would definitely come back"

You are about 10 mins to down town Nashville, about 20 mins to Opry Mill Mall and Opry. The staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Especially Desiree and Teri.

For me the bed was to soft but that is just a personal preference.
