"Great Place.to Stay In Nashville"

All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Desarae. We enjoyed the outdoor patio amd playing the corn hole game. The pool looked great, but we didn't have time to swim. The location was convenient and close to places we wanted to see.

The ice machine on the second floor where we stayed was broken, but there were machines on the first and third floor that worked, so it wasn't a big deal.

The breakfast was alright.

A lamp had a bad lightbulb in our room. It took maintenance 8 hours and 2 phone calls to the front desk to come up and replace it. One of the TV’s in our room was completely discolored and not fixable or watchable. Having both TV’s in our room on 1 remote was absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted to control only one of the TV’s while my young children slept in their bed, I had to completely unplug that specific TV’s power because the 1 remote will turn both TV’s on at the same time. The pool’s water was absolutely disgusting and had a film on the top of it. The front desk employees seemed to be very friendly, but I couldn’t understand 1 word they were saying.

The staff was friendly

The pillows were lumpy and the bed was too soft. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. The hallway wasn’t vacuumed. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the 2nd day of our stay. The shower had some mold in the corners.
