L'appartamento è a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Empoli, da cui si raggiunge Firenze in mezz'ora di treno. Inoltre, è in posizione favorevole per raggiungere in auto il Chianti Fiorentino nelle zone della Val di Pesa e della Val d'Elsa. L'appartamento è ben equipaggiato e pulito.
