Casa Floridea

La Casa è accogliente e il proprietario dell'appartamento molto disponibile, è una casa con tutto il necessario e sopratutto al centro di Sulmona. Le camere sono comunicanti ma spaziose, unico problema può essere il bagno senza piatto doccia ma tutto era già descritto in annuncio. Mi sono trovata quindi molto bene e la consiglio a chi dovesse andare a Sulmona.

Struttura ben fatta ed accogliente. Posizione centrale. Consigliata.

L'appartamento è accogliente e molto pulito, è fornito di tutto il necessario e si trova al centro Sulmona

L'unica pecca è la doccia senza box ma non è una mancanza della proprietà in quanto non è possibile montarlo però ovviamente facendo la doccia si bagna tutto il bagno. A parte questo ci tornerei senza dubbio

The apartment was clean and spacious in a great location in the old town with views of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom, despite its small size, was fine and provided a good shower. We also liked that there was a washing machine and large drying rack so we could catch up in laundry. The host was very helpful in providing suggestions for parking and was also flexible in helping to meet our needs after we arrived.

A nice addition for those staying more than a couple nights would be a small sofa or pair of comfortable chairs to read or relax in.

bedrooms should have a place for suitcases such as a small table: the middle bedroom has no place for clothes and if two people were to sleep in that bedroom with suitcases it would be difficult.

It was comfortable, clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies.

Location was good in the old town part of Sulmona. Plenty of room, good distant mountain views.

Parking is quite a distance on a bumpy road which is difficult if carrying big luggage. Winter would be nice as it has a heater but in summer, no air conditioning.

Very clean centralized location. Attentive host.

Needs Wi-Fi! and a better coffee maker. Also window screens would help.
