A lovely host family and a clean, modern cottage. It gives you a treehouse-like feeling, sleeping in nature.

The property is a bit far from town, and tuk-tuks didn't always want to pick us up (though the return trip was never an issue). We had to walk along the road, which can be busy and less pleasant after dark.

The service was top Notch . Very sweet and accommodating people

Just the location was little steep to walk but they provide tuk tuk which was very good other than that , it is a beautiful place to stay.

It was a really lovely cabin, the breakfast was really good and the view was great.

Unfortunately I didn’t quite realise the location, it’s down a really steep hill and really no chance of walking up that. It’s rather frustrating there are no local restaurants nearby and you have to go to main Ella road. Which would be OK however, because of the location it was hard to find a tuk tuk driver to come back, also they will not take you all the way down. It’s really dark, can be dangerous and definitely not safe a woman to be walking around alone like that. If you are a couple or friends this would be OK but solo travellers probably not.

This beautiful little bungalow is just outside of Ella- maybe around a 25 minute walk or a 5 min Tuk Tuk. It is surrounded by mountains and you can see the giant Buddhist temple from the balcony- this looks spectacular at night when it’s all lit up. We were greeted by really friendly staff, who drove their tuk tuk up to the main road to meet us as it is not possible to drive in a car down the extremely steep road to the bungalow! The room was perfect, really clean and a really comfortable bed with a hot shower! The family live just next to the bungalow and we were served breakfast by them on our balcony and were greeted each morning by the little girl! They were super friendly and their hospitality was exceptional. Every time we asked, they organized for their Tuk Tuk to take us to the road or to Ella- free of charge! We played volleyball with the little girl and played with their beautiful dogs! Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Ella! We even stayed an extra night on this occasion because we loved it so much!

This is a fantastic new jungle bungalow. The view is stunning and the family that runs it is very friendly and helpful. They also arrange a tuk tuk for you to go to Ella town as the road might not be the best for walking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The lady running the place is incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She even called a tuk-tuk for us whenever we needed and did our laundry for a really affordable price. Breakfast was spot-on, and her whole family made us feel right at home. Just a heads up about the location: it’s a bit remote, so getting around requires a tuk-tuk or moto ride. Also, it can get a little noisy, so light sleepers might want to take note. Overall, though, we loved our stay—it was an amazing experience!

We had two wonderful days at this great guest house. The atmosphere was nice and calm. From the balcony we could enjoy the beautiful view of the valley. The family was very friendly and served a great breakfast. It has been the best accommodation in Sri Lanka during our trip. I will definitely recommend this guest house when staying in Ella!

Sometimes the neighbors would have bonfires that ruined the air quality in the whole valley, but I guess that's is not exactly the guest houses fault.

Everything was great. New cottage, great view, very clean. But most importantly amazing people.
