The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. The location is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s best features—it’s just a 5-minute drive to the train station and 7 minutes to the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent variety of options, and the lady attending to the breakfast area stood out as exceptionally friendly—the only warm and welcoming face in the entire hotel. Her kindness made a notable difference in an otherwise impersonal experience.

We were assigned a room on the second floor, but the hotel does not have a lift, meaning we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs on our own. Unfortunately, the staff was not very communicative and offered little assistance throughout our stay. The lack of basic housekeeping was disappointing—they neither cleaned the room nor replenished toiletries during our two-day stay. This lack of attention to guest needs left much to be desired in terms of service and overall experience.
