Gözegir Hotel

Room was spacious and comfortable. Its very well located to the heart of the waterfront action. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. WE had a typical Turkish breakfast which we enjoyed.

The location

The bed hygiene, as we wake up every morning with bites on all body from unknown insects. The breakfast buffet was average and everything else is extra (juice, coffee...)

Location was the best ... right in Marina ... The employees were very nice and friendly.

I didn't like it because it was very dirty, the bed linen was torn. Turkish coffee was not included in the breakfast. You had to buy it... I stayed at many hotel in Bodrum, and Turkish coffee was included in the breakfast everywhere, but with them, it was paid

The breakfast was included in our fare. But very limited choices. The cafe latte or cappuccino was extra charge! At the rate we paid, it should have been included!

The tile floor wasn’t cleaned properly. We felt that they were just using greasy water. We had a bad experience with some loud customers facing our room across the interior pool in an atrium concept. They were talking, laughing till 2 AM with the music coming from the open glass door of the lobby. We almost didn’t sleep that knight. After telling the staff next morning, we never saw these customer again. Didn’t like the bed cover. Need to have a flat bed sheet instead.

Situated in a central location so perfect to access the waterfront's bars and restaurants.

The room was grubby, the floor hadn't been cleaned/mopped, evidenced by the marks on the toilet cubicle floor. Although the bedding was freshly laundered, the sheet had a stain which was off putting. The seats on the deck were director style and really uncomfortable, which resulted in us not utilising the poor area as we'd planned to. The wooden deck was too hot to sit/lie on. The air-conditioning wasn't great either and until around 11pm there is music piped through the corridor which was quite intrusive, so an afternoon nap was not possible. The hotel has such potential, but sadly due to the poor attention to detail and equally poor finishing to the rooms we left feeling disappointed. The desk staff were very nice.

Amazing service and wonderful room by the pool and nearby the sea. Best hotel me and my friend have ever been to. Looking forward to going back!

Everything was fine, fast and clean. Nothing to complain about.
