The property is located close to Beach 1, clean rooms and toilets. Good value for money.

Good amount of space. Clean room. Helpful staff. Location was nice. They arranged my bus as well to Hanoi.

Great location in the town centre. Quite a large room with a view over the lake! Walk to everything. The management was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. They organised tours and transport back to Hanoi for me. Very grateful 🙏

Very clean and bright rooms, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. It's located right in town, but on the quiet end, so a 20 minute walk to the nice beaches.

Beds are comfortable and we got new towels, water bottles, coffees and tea every day. They will help you at the reception with anything you might need.

Breakfast was not refilled much, so if you haven't been one of the first ones, you couldn't pick anything you wanted, but for the price it's totally acceptable. Don't recommend to rent motorbikes there, they're in a bad shape, you can get better ones for the same price in other places in the city.

I can’t say enough about what great value we received here. The room was large, spotless and just as pictured. The owner was incredibly responsive in booking our transport and day cruise. The price was amazing. If you stay in Cat Ba, stay here!
