Miriam is an excellent host; she gave us a lot of useful tips about transportation, sightseeing, restaurants, and pubs. I highly recommend this accommodation because the location is great, and it is extremely clean and tidy.

The apartment is practically new, completely renovated and with high quality stuff (excellent shower, high quality mattress, pillows, induction plate). The zone is quiet, but just one or two streets away from a lot of vibe, lots of bars, and really close to everything on foot. The host is kind and welcoming, happy to suggest stuff to do around. Kitchen is pretty well supplied, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, etc.

The apartment, like many others, is located inside ZTL which means you technically shouldn't enter with a car withour paying the fee to the municipality.

- the host is lovely and helpful - the cleanliness is next level! everything was perfect - the kitchen is fully equipped - the location is in very center with many restaurants/sights, close to railway station - the bedding is comfy - air-conditioner works well, curtains fully cover the window which makes it perfect for sleep - the area is quite, no sounds from the street

- just the outside of the building is a bit dark during evening/night, you will need a flashlight to navigate :) but wasn't a problem for us

The property was clean, calm and modern, the location was also perfect. It was a pleasure to stay there
