Big room and plenty of space for your pets to walk around.

The caretaker and cook primarily spoke their native language, resulting in a significant communication barrier. I requested 500 grams of boiled chicken, but received only half that amount and was charged 150 rupees. Nevertheless, I was grateful to obtain something for my pet. I was asked to order breakfast from outside because the cook was unable to prepare it, so we ordered. However, the cook eventually managed to provide breakfast as well. This resulted in unnecessary expenses and an excess of food, which I later shared with stray animals to avoid waste. No hot water. The bed linens in the room could be significantly improved; they appeared stained and dusty. We usually bring our own. We arrived at the property at 10:30 pm, and payment in full was requested immediately, which felt rather presumptive. A suggestion for the owner: Perhaps allowing guests arriving late at night some time to settle in before requesting payment would be more considerate.

Vintage Vistas is a lovely old house in the most beautiful location. Joseph and his team are so hospitable. The perfect place for a quiet time - by a gorgeous river, surrounded by palms and other lush vegetation. The birdlife is so varied . The room was spacious and very comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay - when we return to India we will be back!
