NZNZNice and close to town so very convenient. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Big lounge with seating through out. We had a fab stay!

GBSpacious and well equipped, not too far from Rotarua centre
AUGreat location. It had everything we needed for family of 4x (2x adults + 2x teenagers). Sadly we only had time to stay 2x nights and would have stayed longer. We cooked washed our clothes etc. Very roomy with large lounge dining. Bedrooms were comfy. Kitchen had everything you need and well stocked. Parking was easy under cover. We had no issues driving in or out as someone else mentioned they did have. Close drive to everything. Rotorua is not a large place in any case. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions. Villa is not outdated nor needs upgrading. One has to appreciate character and charm. Look forward to staying again.
