Exceptionally nicely designed apartment and great location.

The apartment was visually very spacious and bright. The location was also good and it only took about 10 minutes to walk to the center. Nearby there was a guarded parking garage, various restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment itself was spacious and the air conditioning was great. The cooking facilities and furnishings as such were also good. As a suggestion: more inventory such as kitchen towels, cleaning material that is really full or available or a better coffee machine (which was really not good) would certainly be even better. Also cling film and other kitchen utensils, more dishes would be beneficial.

The negative was simply the cleanliness. We found a dirty shirt from the guests before, hair all over the room that clearly did not belong to us and dishes that were still half dirty in the cupboard. In addition, certain things were simply no longer usable. The holder for towels and the toilet roll fell off, the lamp was only hanging from the ceiling by a cable and when we showered the water ran out of it because the seal didn't work. Things like this are a real shame because the apartment was very nice and beautiful.

The apartment is fabulous and located in the centre of things. There are bars and really good restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is well designed and has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Host communicated quickly and was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great apartment. Good location in a good neighborhood with a short distance to the shopping street and from there to the old town. No parking, but public parking in front. People drive around at night to find a spot, so it's difficult but possible. Parking tickets can be bought in tobacco shops. P fines cost 26 euros, so not too bad and they can also be paid in tobacco shops.

There was dirt under the sofa and bed. Looks like the vacuum cleaner has forgotten it several times. Otherwise clean and nice apartment. The overall experience is still worthy of a 10.

ELEVEN houses was absolutely PERFECT! It's noisy on Friday/Saturday night, but with earplugs (always take them when traveling) and the windows closed, it's perfect. It's in a great location among nice shops and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again.

A little loud on Saturday night, but with a closed window (there is air conditioning) you're good to go!
