Location is good....walking distance to railway station thats an advantage....staff is kind and helpful....clean rooms with all basic facilities

we arrived at this location to check in, and we were told that our rooms were given to someone else. we had to find alternative accommodation, please remove this hotel from the system. they did not honor our rooms even though reserved months ago. please stay away.

The location was poor and next to touring bus stops and near a flyover.

The rooms were very dirty and the pillows were old and disgusting which resulted in my wife having irritation across her face. They did not replace with clean sheets each day. Hot water not available and TV not functional. We even notice a dead mouse in the main corridor. Very poor hygiene. Happy to forward photos. The other users were noisy and had dirty behavior. The whole experience was very poor, and Bookings should remove them from their list as it lacked basic hygiene. We should receive a complete refund on our stay!!
