Расположение жилого комплекса очень удобное - в шаговой доступности все возможные точки притяжения в городе. Апартаменты хорошо мебелированы, вид с балкона и из окон в тихий двор и на гору, в аппартаментах не печёт солнце.

Рядом со зданием постоянно стоит зловонный запах из канализации, здание плохо обслуживается, из вентилляции постоянно лезут тараканы, в течение проживания отключали свет на несколько часов, лифты выходили из строя стабильно раз в день-два и их приходилось ждать еще больше, чем обычно.

"Superb"

The apartment was good size comfortable small balcony with wash machine several pools and a small convenient store.

The bed was comfortable very hard but there were extra bedding for padding..

"Exceptional"

The host, Anna, was easy to talk to and gave clear instructions upon arrival. The condo is clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony is nice, and the condo has 2 ACs, one for each room. The location is great, close to everything in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

"Superb"

Best location around town, I like to visit both south pattaya and jomtien so it’s an unmatched location. Also the decor and feel of the room was very homey. Everything you need to spend a week or two was there for you. I would recommend this room to anyone.
