النظافة كل 3 أيام مفيش صابون او شامبو الأنترنت سيء او مش موجود الموظفين ليس عندهم تعاليم وواجهات استقبال الضيوف

لم يعجبني شي.

جينا لأجل العمره وعندما حضرنا حتى ننزل الاغراض ونرتاح قليلا قالو النظام امعلق روحوا وتعالو الساعه 4. وين نروح جايين مشوار 800كلم. ويعدين الغرفه ازعاج والطريق اللي يروح للفندق. غير مناسب وبهذله. لايمكن اكرر التجربه وبعدين اهلكونا بالانتظار بعد مارجعنا من العمره الساعه 7مساء قالو انتضرو بعد لاحول ولا قوة الا بالله.

"Very Good"

Staff was so good and decent, The room wasn’t small, electricity system was so practical.

Wifi wasn’t good enough, Busses always being late The hotel was so far from El-Masjid El-haram
