"Nice apartment in a perfect location"

The location is great, in the heart of Pineta, right on the promenade, yet still calm and quiet since the apartment is facing the yard. The apartment is clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. One bedroom is suitable for 2 adults while the other one it enough for one adult or two children (bed size 1,5). For a longer stay the apartment could have been maybe equipped better. The host, Enrico, is very kind and helpful.

The apartment is close to the beach. There is a reasonably priced and quite good restaurant right below the apartment. The host was very friendly and gave us great advice regarding sightseeing options.

"Great apartment for family"

The apartment was great for our family with two little kids. There is enough place for playing mat, everything was clean so I could let my baby crawl on the ground without worries. The beach was very close as well as pizzeria which is in the same house. The owner is very kind and helpful, he also helped us with our baggage.

Our windows were situated to the street so it was noisy at night. But if you close windows you will not hear a thing.
