NZNZNZThe location was great. Easy walk to town and the wharf area. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Communication was good. Easy to enter with key code.
Lack of blackout blinds meant a lack of privacy. The studio is across the road from a busy public park and Toilets. We could only change in the bathroom which is dark and small. The window in the bathroom doesn't provide privacy either. It was difficult to open windows when it rained and therefore there was poor ventilation and difficult to cool down at night. The floor was dirty. The rubbish bin bag wasn't clean. The pale sofa had dark stains. There were peanuts and a plastic wrap on the outdoor table. There is a large wasps nest on the deck.
NZBeautiful location, great design and very comfortable. The fresh flowers and local plunger coffee were a lovely bonus!
The only downside was the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Where everything else felt like quiet luxury, this let it down a little .
