The staff was very unpleasant and aggressive almost, barely speaking English so it was very difficult to communicate. The room seemed fine, but after 1 hour I had to pack up and leave after seeing (and killing) 3 bedbugs on my bed. Sheets can appear clean, but you dont want to sleep in a bed full of bedbugs and god forbid take them home with you (since they can infiltrate your clothes and are extremely difficult to get rid of). All in all, had a really weird and bad experience with the hotel, and although other rooms might have been fine (no bed bugs), I didn't want to take a chance so I just left and booked a different hotel.
