Very spacious well equipped apartment close to everything - loads of wardrobe space and fabulous laundry room. Very clean

Location was very nice! The owner was so kind and helpful. The flat was super clean and it had everything that you may need. really made me feel at home

Location was great, nice and quiet at night but close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and bistros! About a 15 minute walk from the train station, but all flat surfaces and there are buses too. The apartment was extremely clean with everything you need and Giulia gave us really clear instructions on how to find it and check in - she also gave us some great recommendations on where is best to eat and drink! On top of this, the bed was extremely comfy and the view from the front room was lovely, after a week of non-stop moving it was the most perfect place to relax.

The apartment is in a great location close to the Old Town, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully designed, spacious and meticulously clean. The view of the port from the electric windows is superb. We appreciated the comfortable bed, the warmth of the welcome and the central heating. Such a lovely place to stay to explore La Spezia!

There is no balcony, which is a great pity given the view. There is no kitchen, only a microwave. There are quite a few steps up to the lift and then again up to the apartment. None of this bothered us at all … but some people might want to know.

We had a wonderful stay at Giulia’s apartment. The apartment is spacious, well furnished, great A.C. and a magnificent view of the harbor. It’s located less than 20 mins walk on foot from the train station and 10 mins from the port. An outstanding price/quality ratio!! Giulia was a lovely and accommodating guest. For French visitor, she speaks fluently in French. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre to stay at Casa Olgaluna, and will sure bring I here for a next trip in the Liguria Region.

It was great but one benefit would be a full length mirror. It really was the perfect stay though :)

The place is huge ! It had a lovely view to city skyline and the water. The building was charming, the location ideal. Compared to everything that we were looking to book in la Spezia, this one was the best by a long shot for the price. Impossible to beat quality / price ratio!
