The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was clean

There was a dog barking most of the time in the apartment next door so it was hard to sleep, a bathroom is quite dated and it’s not very clean. The washing machines is kind of broken so you couldn’t change the temperature very easy

Location, closed to Rome and walking distance to the beach. Many restaurants, supermarkets and services offered within the location. Very diverse community. I really love it.

My bathroom was outside my bedroom but it’s was exclusively for me. I am 59 years old and with a bad knee,waking up at night many times to the bathroom was not convinced but I was able to manage.

The bathroom was very small door banged on to toilet shower was tiny and the tiles cracked grouting filthy ,myself (I am 5ft and 10stone I struggled to get in and out of the shower however my 6ft 18stone husband couldn't shut the door ! The parking was on the street!,this was not on the information, area was quite rough 😕 The whole experience was not quite what we expected very disappointed 😔

Decent price close to beach. My mistake for not reading the description properly to see it's with a shared kitchen in an apartment with multiple rooms where you rent just one room.

Floor of the room was dirty. Walls are paper thin and you hear all the noises from other rooms, kitchen and even outside. Kitchen is pretty basic lacks some things like a microwave for heating up food.

The location was good, near beaches and restaurants. The room and the bed were big, bathroom was private. We liked the free water and juice in the fridge. Good communication with the host.

The floor was a bit dirty (sticky) also the mirrors. We had to go through the common floor to enter our bathroom.
