Location was good,quiet. cozy stay. not far from the highly rated waingaro pub.

Other residents noise. no clear parking. wifi slow at some points.

We spent 3 nights here. It's a nice place to stay. Great location to visit common places for tourist within 3-hour drive. The room is clean and has an air-condition which is apparently rare for a motel in NZ. The host arranged for my late check-in well as he is only there until 5 pm. The kitchenette is well-equipped which is helpful.

If only the kitchen cabinet is clean, it'll be a spotless place., A pity that everything is clean, even the dish washing sponge is new.

The place was spacious.

No mosquito nets so bugs everywhere. Casa is located next to the exit road from the village so many cars going fast there were causing much noice. Also we heard all noices from other rooms. The dishes were not cleaned after previous guests, some food leftovers were on them. The sponge was really used up though the manager gave us a new one next day after we asked.

Great access to Paeroa and surrounding towns, location wise.

Everything was great. Could do with an upgrade of furniture and bathroom but usable.
