Rumah bersih & lengkap dgn kemudahan memasak & membasuh

Hanya 1 bilik tidur yg ada penghawa dingin, 2 bilik tiada. Agak panas pada waktu mlm. Jika sediakan penapis air seperti coway utk minum adalah lebih baik. Bilik air juga perlu pasang water heater untuk keselesaan. Wifi juga perlu ada utk kegunaan seisi keluarga
