Era cómodo ,muy bonito y cerca del tren 13 minutos caminando y cerca de restaurantes .

Lo unico que no nos gustó fue que tienen problemas con la luz eléctrica y no pueden bañarse y utilizar el aire acondicionado al mismo tiempo porque tumba el interruptor o breaker de la luz y fue complicado para 6 personas pero lo demás súper….

La comodidad, la ubicación y era más grande de lo que pensábamos.

Fallas intermitentes en la electricidad, si encendías los 3 aires acondicionados, se iba la electricidad. La casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas, éramos solo 5, pero el agua caliente se “acababa” muy pronto, la última salía fria.

This felt like a new property, rooms were comfortable and having an AC/Heating unit in each room was great. Having a parking spot was also very useful. The apartment was spotless and the views were great. it is about a 10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento.

I wish they were more proactive in providing arrival information ahead of time. This was my first experience with a property where I had no idea what I was supposed to do once I arrived. Since this is in a gated community, I had to park outside on the road while trying to get a hold of someone. After trying the contact phone number a few times (kept receiving a message in italian that was either disconnected or unavailable), I tried WhatsApp and it worked. I was told Mariella would come over in 10 minutes. She showed up shortly after and gave me the keys and showed me the apartment. She was very nice and polite, she only spoke Italian. As many others have commented, it is impossible to have appliances and AC units running at the same time without the fuse box jumping constantly. This can get very annoying after a while. Showers are very tight, they should change the shower hardware to make more space.
