l'emplacement près du centre ville, mais dans une zone sans intérêt

Logement non conforme à l'annonce, situé en sous sol , sans vu ni clarté, équipement de la cuisine lamentable, un seul petit déjeuné pour deux , pas de casserole aucun moyen de faire chauffer de l'eau ( pas de bouilloire) des poêles crasseuses et totalement rayées ( pas utilisable), pas de canapé ( juste une chauffeuse une personne ) un espace extérieur à 50 cm du voisin ( pas d'intimité) , vu sur les poubelles( sur l'annonce vu sur un jardin) , Hôte à peine aimable bref une location à éviter

The location was great, next to the supermarket and close to the beach. All within walking distance.

The staff wasn’t very nice. At arrival, I received the wrong checkin information and couldn’t get into my apartment, because there was no key. I called the owner and I send the maid, this all took 45’ of me just waiting at the entrance and not being able to get into my room. Eventually I was told by the owner that he made a mistake and gave me the details for the wrong room(this room already had people in it). When I eventually got into the apartment, I saw it barely had any windows, its was like I was living under the ground. This was not what I saw on the photos and description of the page for this apartment I wanted to make dinner in the kitchen and use the pots and pans and plates etc, but they were all dirty like they hadn’t been washed after using. I look for dish soap but it was nowhere to be found. I had to go buy a sponge and soap to be able to clean the supplies and make dinner after. I contacted the owner about it, and he just replied with, “I’m sorry I will get to the bottom of this so it doesn’t happen again.” This doesn’t solve the problem for me, I had to deal with all of it and the just brushed it off.

Comfortable apartment, close to beach

Nous n'avons pas occupé le logement car il ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions loué. Nous avions loué un logement avec jardin or nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un logement en sous-sol avec pour fenêtres des soupiraux comme sur la photo mais pour rejoindre l'extérieur il fallait quitter l'appartement , monter un escalier passer 2 portes pour se retrouver à l'extérieur sur un balcon . Nous n'avons pu joindre la propriétaire que par WhatsApp car il y a une boîte à clés et elle n'a jamais répondu au téléphone malgré plusieurs appels. La propriétaire ne voyait pas où était notre problème, très arrogante . Sans aucun accord possible avec cette personne, nous sommes partis

La struttura è nuova e ben curata.

L'appartamento n.2 è un seminterrato. Quindi la dicitura: " questo appartamento offre un patio, vista sul giardino..." NON corrisponde alla realtà. Le foto sono relative ad altri appartamenti della struttura, ma non dell' appartamento n.2. Altra cose grave non c'era la carta igienica.
