La douche n'est pas du tout étanche ... Pas assez de serviettes pour éponger le sol, dommage / L'appartement n'est pas insonorisé et les travaux dans la rue et sur l'immeuble voisin commencent a 7h30, on a l'impression d'avoir les travaux dans la chambre.

Near Sao Bento station and in the middle of it all, with easy access to many great shops and sights!

Just thought I’d balance out some of the overly positive reviews here. We stayed in apartment 4.1 * A lot of suspected black mould near windows. My 11month son got a cough and rash inside this apartment that got worse each day. Not cool. * Bathroom door didn’t close properly; the handle was basically broken. What about basic privacy? This really ought to be fixed. * One of the flush buttons for the toilet was not working. Light over sink in bathroom flashing, not working properly. Shower cabin leaks a lot and you don’t have enough towels to wipe it up. * Host didn’t answer the messages I sent via Booking regarding things that needed to be addressed (bathroom doors and towels) * Elevator has no functioning lighting. You ride in the dark. Buttons to call elevator are basically broken / irresponsive so you will find yourself jabbing at the buttons. * No instructions for where to take trash * Crazy construction noise from just after 7am. Loud location with traffic noise, even in the middle of the night * Furnishings left a lot to wish for. Lamps are put in wierd places. No coffee brewer. * Kitchen smells a bit of cat pee (?) * Cold-ish when we were there and the aircon was not very effective in warming the place up.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la posizione che è centralissima, sei a due passi da tutto e cinque minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Sao Bento. Inoltre hai praticamente sotto casa la pasticceria " Mantegaria " dove abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e mangiato delle ottime pastel de nata. Mi è piaciuto anche il fatto che la casa fosse spaziosa.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con la doccia perché perdeva l'acqua e si bagnava tutto attorno. Il problema purtroppo è perdurato per tutto il soggiorno e nessuno è venuto a verificare. Inoltre, il primo carrello della lavastoviglie era inagibile. Non c'era una scopa e una paletta. Non c'era una macchinetta del caffè e non c'era neppur un armadio per gli abiti nonostante l'ampio spazio. Per fortuna ci sono due comodini e un appendiabiti con cui ci siamo arrangiati; però per noi che abbiamo alloggiato sei notti sarebbe stato più utile avere un armadio. Curerei meglio anche l'illuminazione dell'appartamento.

L’emplacement est parfait L’organisation pour récupérer les clés est parfaite! Très pratique!
