We were not too happy with the apartment. Very poorly lit, no soul. The toilet sometimes doesn't flush (sometimes for several hours). It was very cold in the apartment, even with the air conditioning it's hard to heat it because it's very big. The rest is ok.

La ubicación inmejorable, estás al lado d todo, no hace falta vehículo para nada. Muy limpio todo. Con ascensor

Bueno en comentarios vimos q la ducha fallaba pero entendimos q ya estaría arreglada, pero no, el agua se sale y deja todo el baño encharcado y lo mejor no teníamos fregona. Esperábamos q se pasaran por apartamento. Pero aparte d esto todo genial, gracias

la ubicación es excelente el departamento es cómodo solo le faltaría un placard para guardar ropa la cocina muy completa

We booked three apartments (3.1, 3.2, and 4.1). All three were very spacious in both the living and sleeping areas, and the kitchens were well-equipped. The location is perfect and close to everything: restaurants, Praça dos Aliados, a 15-minute walk to the Ribeira, 10 minutes to the Porto Cathedral, 15 minutes to Jardim do Morro, and just 5 minutes from the main shopping street. The beds and sofa beds were comfortable—perhaps a bit firm, but nothing too bothersome. Unfortunately, there were several significant issues. Most notably, the bathrooms in all three apartments had leaking showers. This led to a serious incident in apartment 3.2, where my cousin slipped and hit her head. Additionally, most of the lighting was useless as many bulbs either flickered or didn't work at all. In apartments 3.1 and 3.2, there were no drawers for our belongings, so we had to use tables and chairs for storage. The Wi-Fi across all three units was either extremely slow or completely non-functional. Furthermore, in apartment 4.1, the toilet started flushing nonstop on Saturday. We contacted the host, but were told no one could fix it until Monday. Overall, it was a 7/10 stay. If they fix the shower leaks and maintenance issues, we would consider booking again.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a minha estadia. A localização é excelente, com tudo muito perto, o que facilitou bastante a minha experiência. O apartamento é espaçoso, bem organizado e com uma decoração simples, porém bonita, tornando o ambiente muito agradável.

Como ponto de melhoria, destaco apenas a casa de banho. A porta da banheira não fechava completamente e, por vezes, acabava por sair água para o exterior, molhando a área à volta. Não é propriamente um defeito grave, mas sim uma observação que pode ser facilmente corrigida para melhorar ainda mais a experiência dos hóspedes.

Good location near center, easy to acces. Close to railway station.

The apartment would benefit from some improvements, especially in the bathroom (the walls need attention and the toilet doesn’t flush properly; the shower cabin joints could also be refreshed). Some of the windows don’t close properly and may need fixing. Additionally, better ceiling lighting is needed in the rooms.

Podczas brania prysznica, woda wylewała się na kafelki zalewając praktycznie całą podłogę.
