Itha Seawiev is in the best place on the island .Rooms are very comfortable and you can go out direct on the beach.The staff is very friendly,Farid is take care about everything.I recommend for everyone and I will come definitely.

Absolutely superb hotel. Perfect location with a private garden leading onto a private bikini/tourist beach. House reef for snorkeling just a short walk away. Food was amazing and plenty of alternatives a quick stroll away, great views. It's a very boutique feel with only 5 I think rooms. Farid made us feel so welcomed, he went to every effort to make us feel at home and had lots of great tips for enjoying Guraidhoo to the fullest. The breakfasts he whipped up were our favourite of our holiday island hopping and did an amazing fresh grilled fish dinner for us. Would 100% stay here again

Hotel with best location on the island, exit from room to private beach, place to relax in open, hospitality of staff, local breakfast was good, watermelon juice was awesome detail.

They will charge you more than the price on booking if you pay with card. The bathroom was all rusted, water pressure was bad, the fridge was really dirty and smelled bad, the towels and blankets had a lot of stains, they didn't do daily cleaning of room if you don't ask. There is only one stuff employee and he washes your toilet and after makes your food which is definitely not acceptable for a hotel, and it is kind of disgusting since the the facilities are not that clean.

Everything was perfect, super clean, excellent location beachfront, and thanks to Mr.Kalan , I had the best experience ever as he made EVERYTHING easy for me starting from the moment I arrived at the jetty until the moment I left. Mr. Kalan providing an excellent customer service level and it’s coming from his heart. If you’re a solo traveller, couple or a familily, do not hesitate to book here and you wont regret it.

Internet was very good when it worked.

First: We paid for a very small poorly equipped room more than 190 US dollars per night while others paid for the same room next door less than 95 US Dollars. Second: The electricity supply was not stable in it broke down several times. Third: The whole place is poorly managed and substandard. Pictures will show. Fourth: We were told to pay for a ferry ride a second time even though We had paid already the ferry company. Five: As we paid by credit card we were asked to pay another 3% as the owner prefers cash for whatever reason. Of course I refused. Six: I ask myself why I let this rip off happen. Could I have gotten help from booking.com Seven: This property is never a property that justifies more than 5 points. Only if the price is less than 70 US it might be reasonable. Eight: I am a very good customer of booking and have never written such a review. It is meant as a warning for future customers. I almost forgot to mention that the hot water could not be regulated. All in all: What a nightmare! All this should be brought to the attention of the authorities.

Rooms are bit less specious

The best location in Guraidhoo island — only one hotel which has its own beach, so you just do couple steps and have your piece of the beach. Public bikini beach is also very close, as well as a sandbank for your pictures. The owner Hamdaan helps with all questions and always in touch via what’s up Hotel has 5 rooms ;) and if you like cats you will be happy to know that Guraidhoo is the island of cats (never seen so many cats in Maldivian local islands)
