Kurzer Weg zu einem freien Strandstück. Gute Klimatisierung und hohe Sicherheit durch mehrfach verriegelte Haustür. Kurzer Weg zur Innenstadt und Strandpromenade.

Dass durch das gesamte Alassio mehrfach täglich Züge fahren und man diese natürlich immer wieder hört. Parkplätze sind zwar öffentlich verfügbar, aber überwiegend und sehr schnell von anderen Autos belegt. Eigenes Auto sollte man nach dem man einen Platz hat nicht mehr weg bewegen müssen.
