Fantastic value for money, accomodation was super clean and a good location

Bed was squeaky and not very comfy

It was clean and new. Wasn't too far from the city center. The communal areas were well equipped. There was a pool table and table tennis table.

Booking.com was not really clear that this is a student accommodation at a Polytechnic. Staff lacked warmth and sincerity. Bed was super uncomfortable and water pressure in the shower absolutely terrible. I booked for 2 nights, but chose to only stay one night as was so uncomfortable, I just needed sleep and a good shower!

It was fairly quiet as there were few other guests.

i was led to believe i had kitchen facilities but they were in the common room. very little in way of plates and no cutlery. bed not very comfortable and bedding did not keep me warm

The staff responded enthusiastically to all demands！It's quiet and convenient to park.

The shower water is too small ，It's a little hard to wash your hair.

The bed being a bit worn and squeaky is the main downfall, but that is not something to be replaced as often as a 'towel' and I fully understand that.

Great, New, and modern studio. It was exceptionally clean. The shower had very good water pressure, and I loved it.

I could not lower the central heating/cooling, so my wife complained that the room was too warm.
