Friendly, helpful and kind staff. Quiet but central location, fresh coffee and eggs every morning and had assistance for our onward journeys. We loved our stay here.

Failure to inform me when check out day. Lucky I left my Thai phone number with them because they used it and found me for an extra day rent. I'm pretty sure they are non cheats. Good people. The dog across the street, operating out of a mechanics shed. The owner cottoned on and kept the dog inside. Good guy.

Such a gorgeous little guesthouse in an excellent location. Extremely friendly welcoming owner, who speaks fantastic English (always appreciated thank you!). It's an easy 20min walk from the bus terminal, very close to the night market, malls, and the central park. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed from A/C and fan to usb plug adapter, kettle, coffees/teas etc. The common area is a gorgeous place to hang out with plenty of seats, games etc. And the self service breakfast was perfect. Great choice of teas and coffee, boiled eggs, toast, spreads, cornflakes, and fruit. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and will be back!

The room was very spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very welcoming and went over and above to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, along with giving us tips on where to visit and where to eat.

Nothing to dislike.
