"Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment"

Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped modern apartment in a quiet residential area. Approx. 20 minute walk to the town centre and about the same to the train station. Really easy check in and departure. The host was lovely, and provided us with very useful advice regarding the areas we wanted to visit, and also other places we might like to see during our stay.

"Exceptional accommodation with sea view"

New, modern, very clean and comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, sea-view balcony. We had everything we needed, the bed was really comfortable! The owner was so helpful and kind, reacted quickly if we had any question. The area where the apt located is about 20 min walk from the center of Monopoli, therefore it's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking places nearby. Every Tuesday there's a local market 2 min walk from the apt. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants can also be found nearby if you do not want to walk to the center all the time. The train station is about 15 min walk, you can easily reach Bari and Polignano a Mare by train. To visit Matera and Alberobello it is a better option to rent a car. Monopoli is charming, we had a great stay, thank you!

"Perfect apartment"

Very clean and well equipped apartment. We had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to our needs and gave us very useful advices regarding the city area. We had a great stay!

A little bit far from the train station in hot summer days, but it would have been a nice walk if the temperatures were milder.
