The price was most unheard of, it was perfect for my budget, separate private room with safety combined code for entry & exit, This an older home. But acceptable

Tenants in the room next to me kept on their talk show, all night, was a little irritating, but not to bad

....

Had issues to get in the building at 2 am because the passwords provided did not work. I was almost leaving when someone showed up to help. In the following day, I had issues getting inside the property due to the same issues. People are nice, price is cheap. If it's just one night.. you will be fine.. bed is comfy enough

The host is very welcoming, trustworthy, and caring. The comfort of the bed is exceptional. The room is tidy, clean, and luxurious. The art on the walls is elegant and serene. If you are looking for quietness, you will never be disappointed. The whole surrounding is peaceful and secure.

It was nice

The home away from home experience. It felt just like my residence in Oceanside, California. Oceanside is in the county of San Diego, home of Camp Pendleton & a part of the movie 🎥 "Top Gun" feat. Tom Cruise. I liked theSingle room. I was closer to the site I was assigned to conduct business at than most stays there locally. Local businesses were within walkable distances. Like Krispy Kreme & Popeye's, etc..

The host. She starts off really well, presentable, representative like & after more than a few stays sparatically not consistently she starts to throw shade. Wait -- she started off throwing shade. The 1st time that I stayed she had me to wait for her for somewhere like 5 hours or better when I had already reached check-in time. I sat at the local Krispy Kreme waiting for her because she went out of town. It was drizzling rain. I left my suitcase under her back porch when the house was open the entire time but she made me to wait cause of her personal emergency. She doesn't have a back up plan for RISKS, or a spare key, a pass code. She made me to feel uncomfortable. She has a lot of inside jokes & weird little giggles with her domestic partner there. I felt not accepted like a muse to their inside jokes & strange whispers. Like I was an inconvenience to their private lifestyle. She got a new code lock on her haven & I let her know that the code was not working. I did not feel alot of patience from her & respect instead I felt her frustrations unleashed more of so, until she told me to show her what i was experiencing from my side as a guest with the locking system. She saw my experience, then she showed me understanding & patience which she should have displayed initially. I humbly felt the disrespect. I only stayed here because the price was very reasonable for stays. I was experiencing pay problems., catching hell from everywhere on this trip to Jacksonville. It got to the point where I felt the need to reach out to this host first before I would book my stay. In this way, I would not have to go through the backwards processing of refunding. I thought in this case, it's best to know up front thru the host before I book the stay...she was unresponsive. Over more than one occasion. I asked if she could assist because I was struggling a bit financially with this business & trip, a temporary problem.

the host was great at Communication… greeted me at the door. The house was very quiet…made sleeping a breeze.

It was very comfortable and felt like home. The hosts were very nice and helpful. It was very close to an event I was attending. If I’m ever back in that area, I will use Horizon Haven again.

The host is wonderful. It felt good to have a break from the hotel atmosphere and the hotel prices. Very affordable. l felt at home, bnb type environment if you're into that sort of thing, this is wonderful 😊 Very quiet . Host was very helpful to me personally for my individual very personal momentary challenging circumstances. Overall...I would stay with this host again.☺️

It was a rough start due to communication issues. I take fault as well because technology isn't always reliable. Overall it was wonderful
