Even though it’s not the fault of host or caretaker, the power was out during the hot noon time until around 1730 due to electricity board maintenance work. The absence of a generator or solar inverter meant that AC could work.

A good place to stay if you are visiting Mavelikara and nearby place. The property was neat and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven and basic utensils for cooking. All rooms had AC. The property also had a dedicated parking space underground. The host and staff were very warm and welcoming. It is right on the main road and above Reliance Smart Point, hence it is easy to locate and also easy to buy groceries.

Parking is infront of the building and sometimes it's difficult to get parking because of the Reliance store in the ground floor. I would suggest they have a slot dedicated for residents.
