"We reached property, called the landlord asking for check in, She said we are fully booked"

Did not provide room

Host denied the booking and didn’t provide any room. We went to property, called the landlord for checheck in, she said we are already fully booked and denied our booking even after prior confirmation. We had to roam around in the street to find new place to stay
