Casa caratteristica con il soffitto a volta con la pietra a vista nel centro storico. Abbastanza pulita

Tralasciando il kit da bagno che non c'era e la seduta del wc in plastica rivestita, tralasciando il parcheggio nelle vicinanze difficilissimo da trovare, ma non tralascio il fatto che, dato che il monolocale non ha nessuna finestra per arieggiare, tranne il portone di ingresso che ti toglie la più totale privacy se aperto, la proprietaria spruzza dedeorante di ambiente per togliere la puzza di umidità e di chiuso. Infatti la mattina seguente ci siamo svegliati con mal di gola e mancanza d'aria pura.

The drain of the shower didn't work as it should, we ended up with a lot of water in our room. During the night the neighbours were really loud.

1)When I was looking for apartment to stay near Bury, I put a filter “wheelchair accessible” and found this apartment. I also messaged the owner of the apartment and asked if the apartment is wheelchair accessible. The owner said it is, but the bathroom is not adapted. The owner didn’t mention3 steps or a narrow door to the bathroom.The wheelchair wouldn’t fit in…so the bathroom is not all only not adopted. It’s actually not wheelchair accessible at all. 2)And the next thing which I didn’t like about this apartment. Is it is a Studio not the “one bedroom”. The owner put the walls but it is in the old building so the walls are very thin, and they don’t go up to the ceiling so it’s literally like just having a few extra walls, but you still can hear how the other person is breathing, so there is no privacy of one bedroom apartment /having separate rooms 3)This apartment was extremely dirty. It smelled with cigarettes and when I moved the bed ( to be able to get closer to the bed on my wheelchair ) I noticed 3 used cigarettes and a lot of ash on the floor And in general, flat looks very dated /dirty. 4)when I tried to contact the owner and explain that I booked this accommodation as “Wheelchair accessible throughout” - on my booking it is written that it’s all rooms a wheelchair accessible. She denied it and said that the apartment is “disability friendly”but only for people with “hearing loss” and she said that I made a mistake because I didn’t read properly when I was booking an apartment. In reality, what she did after my conversation with her, she removed the filter “wheelchair accessible” from the apartment. It was confirmed by Booking.com that she actually deleted it on the same day when I spoke to her. So she was lying in her description of the apartment and was not trying to admit it. the whole communication with the owner of the flat was not pleasant and she was not helpful and was refusing to help me in the situation.

Excellent quiet place , spacious apartment!! Bathroom is perfect, and generally our host was extra helpful with our stay. Easy to access ,easy to park. Only a few minutes from beautiful Bari , the airport and touristic resorts such as Monopoli, Alberobello. Recommended!!! 5 Stars !!
