The host family were really lovely and helped you in every way they could, great breakfast, good pressure in shower and excellent location. Large room.

The bathroom could have been made a bit larger and needs a bit of a refresh but clean and usable.

Our double room with en suite was a great size. Nice views of Arequipa from our balcony. En suite was perfect. Shower was nice and hot whether we used it day or night. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to sit out on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine as we ate. The receptionist was very helpful and let us leave our bags in secure storage for the day and she let us use the hostel facilities while we waited for our night bus. Excellent location, only a 2 min walk to the main square. Pool table and fussball tables were a nice touch. Overall great value for money

Decor was very dated. The doors weren't very soundproof so we could hear most noises from the street. There was no atmosphere in the common areas when we were there. Kitchen and bar area was dirty and disorganised.

Location and staff are great

The rooms was very noisy. If you are sensitive to the noise you better take earplugs with you.

The hot water wasn’t stable, we took cold water two days. The staff can’t speak English, he can arrange tour but he didn’t arrange English tour for me, how can we join a tour only Spanish even he knew we didn’t understand any Spanish.

The location was perfect just a block from the main square and within the historical center. The staff was a family that was super nice and accommodating. A decent breakfast was provided and served to us by the staff.

The room was fairly loud at night with the cars and people in the streets below. Bring earplugs! The showers were warm with good water pressure but the drain in our room was not working well.

The staff were really helpful, actively looking for ways of helping us. It's a nice family run place in the center of arequipa, very reasonably priced - would recommend!

Great location, cheap and a nice basic breakfast. Baggage storage was handy.

Room doesn't have it's our kitchen desire what the listing implies. There is a communal kitchen though.

Great location and fair value. Big brightly (but roughly) painted basic room. Firm bed. Good wifi. Basic breakfast.
