Food, staff, the rooms, the decor, location all are excellent.

They should mention that they serve only vegetarian food and no onion garlic even. They don't serve alcohol and even if you request them to get it it's frowned upon! Very weird. The owner told me to get it from outside by myself as they don't like to get it. The owner seems snobbish and lacks hospitality.

Location was fantastic - easy walk up to the shops and fort. Possible to walk to the lake (15-20mins) although an auto easier. We had a fantastic stay - the manager and staff were really helpful with lots of advice and tips. The food was amazing - delicious - made fresh to order. Comfortable rooms and clean.

This is a newly built hotel respecting the traditional style. The rooms were lovely and the bathroom was really splendid. Best of all the staff were amazing, so helpful and kind.

This hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences we had in India. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits and a delicious juice we won’t forget. The architecture and design of the place are truly remarkable, and the cleanliness is impeccable—10 out of 10. We also got to enjoy the pool during the hottest hours of the day, which was a great relief. The atmosphere at the pool was very relaxing, and once again, the staff was always attentive to any needs. To top it all off, the dinner was spectacular, with delicious Indian dishes. Although the place is a bit pricey, it is absolutely worth it. The quality of the experience justifies it completely. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful building, clean and immaculate with fantastic architectural design. Great facilities including rooftop pool. Excellent included breakfast and great thali for lunch.

Beautiful building that stands out when you look from the fort - fantastic views of the fort and only a 5 minute walk to get into it. The staff were all so kind and attentive - making us teas in the evening, bringing drinks by the pool and when our friends forgot something after leaving to airport they sent it immediately on a scooter to the airport to get to her before she left! The pool is a lovely place to cool down with spectacular views. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The lunch thali was one of my favourite meals in India! 100% recommend - a wonderful relaxing way to end 3 weeks in North India.

The building is beautiful and very conveniently located to the fort. The rooftop for breakfast and pool is also stunning. On the day we were leaving they also organised a breakfast parcel for us as we were departing before their breakfast opened which was much appreciated.

There were some quite persistent rickshaw drivers outside the property who kept hassling us on the first day. It did seem to calm down after that but there were a lot of them

The hotel is new and extremely comfortable. It is well located in a nice place and close to the entrance to the Jaisalmer Fort (100m). We arrived by train at 5.00am and they picked us up at the train station and we could directly dispose of our rooms. The same with the late check-out the last day. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool on the top with fabulous view on the fort.
